How does Laser Therapy work?
Penetrating deep into the tissue, our high-power laser can “bio-stimulate” tissue growth and repair. As a result, patients experience a decrease in inflammation, decreased pain, reduced scar tissue formation, increased nutrient, oxygen and blood flow, as well as stimulation of acupuncture points.
How does the treatment feel?
Most patients report feeling a warm, relaxing sensation. Typically, treatment sessions will last anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes. As a stand-alone treatment, most conditions are resolved within five to ten sessions. Treatment for Neuropathy may take a bit longer; typically requiring 15 to 20 treatment sessions.
Are there any side effects/safety risks?
We use the Avicenna high power laser. It is extremely safe and there are no side-effects from treatment. However, high power laser is not used on the eyes due to the sensitivity of the retina, so all patients, regardless of the area being treated, must wear protective safety glasses during treatment.
What medical conditions respond to High Power Laser Therapy?
High power laser treatment is a non-surgical, pain-free option that actually heals tissue as well. It is a non-addictive, side-effect-free solution for pain management with results that are typically long-term if not permanent.
FOR WOMEN ONLY!
Bioidentical hormone therapy is widely accepted as a viable and effective treatment for a variety of the symptoms associated with hormone deficiencies that result from menopause. Bioidentical hormones are molecule-by-molecule, exactly the same as the hormones produced by your body.
The most common treatment for Testosterone Deficiency is Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). Restoring healthy testosterone levels helps ease many of the undesirable effects of aging. We offer a variety of therapy programs customized to address your specific needs and goals.
Sermorelin is an effective, more natural choice for treating Growth Hormone Deficiency. Unlike injected HGH, Sermorelin is a releasing agent that triggers the pituitary gland to produce your own natural growth hormone. Your body regulates the level of HGH that's released.
